Our Schools

SHPEP is implemented at 11 universities across the nation. Each institution provides scholars with academic enrichment in the basic sciences and math, clinical experiences, career development activities, learning and study skills seminars, and a financial planning workshop. Program sites vary in how they deliver these required components and their program start date.

The map above displays only the SHPEP sites. The Minority Serving Institution Pathway Initiative (MSIPI) sites are not included on this map. MSIPI offers a unique program designed to honor and incorporate the rich cultural values, traditions, and heritage of Native American and African American communities.
