SHPEP Alumni Community

Mar 2021

The SHPEP National Program Office (NPO) is excited to launch and share the new online community for our alumni! The community will serve to foster mentoring relationships among our alumni by creating professional and social networking opportunities. Several key features of the community are:

  • A searchable alumni directory that will help facilitate connections between past participants of the program based on various factors, including program site, year of participation, career pathway, current employment, and geographic location.
  • It allows users to find a mentor and/or register to mentor other program alumni.
  • The site provides customization that is SHPEP-branded—a personal social networking site created just for program participants.
  • It also allows the sharing and posting of events, as well as job and internship opportunities, publicize news about program alumni, and share other relevant content.

The new alumni community is an investment in our alumni, and we hope that it will serve as a centralized hub for alumni engagement. We look forward to connecting with you via our new network!
