Asha Morrow, MD
Dr. Asha Morrow attended SMDEP in 2007 at Columbia University. She graduated from Emory University School of Medicine in 2013, and now lives in Houston, Texas, where she is a pediatric emergency physician.

Dr. Morrow is a pediatric emergency physician who assists with leading recruitment and retention efforts of physicians who are underrepresented in medicine at her institution. She also has interests in improving patient and family education as a method of preventative care and empowerment.
Dr. Morrow serves as a member on the SHPEP National Alumni Advisory Board. She is excited to be a member of the alumni advisory board so that she can give back to the program that supported her journey into medicine and gave her a supportive network of friends—she hopes to facilitate similar, strong connections for all alumni.
