AAMC and BNGAP present: Engaging Diverse Medical Students and Residents to Consider Academic Medicine Careers Webinar
We invite you to participate in an interactive webinar to learn more about the benefits of pursuing a career in academic medicine. We will engage the nation’s top senior faculty and administrators (diverse by race/ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation) as well as medical student and residents, to debunk the myths, stereotypes, and perceived barriers that dissuade medical students and residents from joining the ranks of their esteemed colleagues in academic medicine.
Our discussion will include:

2. Identifying the broad array of academic medicine career paths and opportunities.
3. Sharing resources and local conferences to learn more about academic medicine including the 2015 BNGAP
Academic Medicine Career Development Regional Conferences for Diverse Medical Students and Residents.
